License types

Monthly​

Renews every 30 days. Typically managed via WHMCS with automatic renewal on payment. If a payment fails, the license moves to suspended after the grace period.

Annual​

Renews every 365 days. Annual licenses are offered at a discount and are suitable for committed long-term resellers. Renewal reminders are sent 30 and 7 days before expiry.

Lifetime​

No expiry date. Issued for special partner agreements or one-time purchase deals. Lifetime licenses cannot be converted to monthly or annual without revoking and reissuing.

Trial​

Time-limited licenses (typically 14 or 30 days) for resellers evaluating the platform. Trial licenses can be converted to a paid type before expiry from the license detail view.
