Manage distributors

Distributor list view​

The Distributors list shows all distributors with their current status, credit balance, and reseller count. Use the search bar and status filter to narrow the list.

Distributor detail view​

Click a distributor name to open their detail view. From here you can:

  • Edit company details and contact information
  • Adjust credit allocation
  • Adjust reseller seat limit
  • View the list of resellers under this distributor
  • Suspend or reactivate the distributor account

Suspending a distributor​

Suspending a distributor does not immediately suspend their resellers or end clients. It prevents the distributor admin from logging in and blocks new reseller creation. Existing reseller instances continue running until their own licenses expire or are manually suspended.
