Top up credits

Credit top-ups allow resellers (or the Super Admin on their behalf) to purchase additional credits beyond their monthly package allocation. Top-up credits do not expire.

Top up as Super Admin​

  1. Go to GodMode → Billing → Top up or Resellers → [reseller] → Credits → Top up.
  2. Select the reseller or distributor.
  3. Enter the credit amount.
  4. Select the payment method or mark as manually invoiced.
  5. Confirm. Credits are added immediately.

Top up as a reseller (self-service)​

Resellers can top up their own credit balance from their reseller dashboard:

  1. Reseller dashboard → Credits → + Top up.
  2. Select a top-up bundle or enter a custom amount.
  3. Complete payment via the configured payment method.
  4. Credits are added immediately after payment confirmation.

Volume discounts on top-ups​

Top-up purchases automatically apply the volume discount tier for the reseller's package. See Volume discounts →.
